Custom Series RB general service valves mounted on a PBT proprietary manifold. The valves operate alternately to fill 2 individual sieve-bed cartridges that are designed absorb nitrogen from ambient air. The result is purified oxygen that is then delivered to the patient.
Custom Series 385 liquid isolation valves mounted on an acrylic manifold with a custom wire harness and Numatics cylinder. The module delivers low-pressure vaporized hydrogen peroxide to a sterilization chamber containing contaminated medical devices.
Air Therapeutic Support Surface
Custom high flow general service valves mounted on a PBT manifold with custom wire harnesses. The custom assembly operates several individual air bladders within the medical support surface to aid in patient comfort.
Inkjet Fluid Management
Custom Series 067 isolation valves mounted on an aluminum manifold with fittings and a custom wire harness. The manifold is handling different inks in industrial plotters. Isolation valves are needed due to the aggressive ink and MEK (cleaning liquid).
Cytology – Cell Counting
7-station manifold with Series 067 isolation valves mounted on a PMMA subbase. The valves are handling carrier liquids in the cell counting process. The isolation valves prevent the samples from being contaminated and the PMMA manifolds helps to visualize liquid flows during the process.
The special module is used in dental chairs to handle, control and regulate liquids and gases (e.g turbine of the driller, water).The manifold is modular and can be adapted to different functions. Injection molded body components offer the best quality.
Dialysis – Level Regulation
Custom high flow general service valves Series 188 mounted on a plastic manifold including PCB, pressure sensors & custom tubing.
The manifold is regulating the liquid level in the blood chamber of a dialysis machine. The leakage rate requirements as well as the requirements of the process require a highly engineered and reliable solution.
This custom manifold for Ventilator applications includes general service valves Series 188, pressure relief valves, thermal sensors as well as custom fittings. The manifolds controls the air flow to the patient. The manual override offers a redundant solution to fulfill the requirements of breathing equipment.
DI-Water - Reverse Osmosis
Manifold with customized isolation bellows valves Series 296, as well as custom fittings. The manifold is used in instruments to create lab-grade water / DI-water by using reverse osmosis.
The valves control the flow of water in the system: from the tap (inlet) to the filling of the ultra pure water.
