Daylight Savings Time
You may be already aware the beginning and end dates for Daylight Savings Time (DST) will be changing this year due to the enactment of the Energy Policy Act of 2005. DST will be brought forward by 3 or 4 weeks in the spring and extended by one week in the fall.
Beginning in 2007, the schedule for the states or areas of the United States that adopt daylight saving time will be:
2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March
to
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November.
The actual calendar dates are as follows:

Note: Daylight Saving Time, for the U.S. and its territories, is NOT observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Eastern Time Zone portion of the state of Indiana, and most of the state of Arizona.
