Via Lincoln Tunnel: Follow signs for New Jersey Turnpike. Take the Turnpike south to Exit 14 for Route 78 West. Follow the signs for Route 78 West; this becomes Route 24 West. Use directions "FROM NEWARK AIRPORT VIA ROUTE 24 WEST."
Via Holland Tunnel: Take New Jersey Turnpike. Follow this to Newark Airport exit. Then take Route 24 West. Use directions "FROM NEWARK AIRPORT VIA ROUTE 24 WEST." FROM KENNEDY OR LAGUARDIA AIRPORTS: Proceed to George Washington Bridge. Follow directions "VIA GEORGE WASHINGTON BRIDGE."
From Newark Airport
Via Route 78 to Route 24 West: Follow signs to Route 78 West. Take Route 78 West (bear right) to Route 24 West. Take Route 24 to Exit 2B Florham Park (Route 510 East). Take Route 510 East 1.8 miles to traffic light at Hanover Road (Afton Restaurant, Exxon and AAA on corners.). Turn left onto Hanover Road and follow about ½ mile to ASCO on right hand side of road.
FROM OTHER MAIN HIGHWAYS
Garden State Parkway: From north or south use Exit 145 and proceed to Route 280 West. Use directions "ROUTE 280 WEST TO ASCO."
New Jersey Turnpike: A. From South: Proceed to Garden State Parkway North at Turnpike Exit 11. Leave Parkway at Exit 145 to Route 280 West. Use directions "ROUTE 280 WEST TO ASCO."
B. From North: Use Turnpike Exit 15W. Follow signs to Route 280 along Harrison Avenue. Take Route 280 West. Use directions "ROUTE 280 WEST TO ASCO"
FROM THE WEST
Via Route 10: Pass the Novartis buildings east of Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover. Take the first right fork off Route 10 East (River Road-Okner Parkway), proceed to the second traffic light, turn right onto Hanover Road. The north end of the ASCO plant is 0.9 miles on the left.
Via Route 46 or 80: Turn onto Route 287 South. Proceed to exit 39A to Route 10 East. Pass the Novartis buildings east of Ridgedale Avenue in East Hanover. Take Route 510 East 1.8 miles to the traffic light at Hanover Road (Afton Restaurant, Exxon and AAA on corners). Turn left onto Hanover Road and follow about ½ mile to ASCO on right hand side of road.
ROUTE 280 WEST TO ASCO: Take Route 280 West to Exit 4A at Eisenhower Parkway. Pass through the traffic circle at Route 10 (following signs to Chatham) to the dead end at South Orange Avenue/Route 510. Turn right and travel 1.9 miles to Hanover Road. (Afton Restaurant is on the corner.) Turn right onto Hanover Road. The South end of the ASCO plant is 0.4 miles on the right.

By Air: Airport Limousine Service at Newark Airport near Baggage Claim direct to ASCO.
By Bus: From New York: Community Transit. Depart from New York Port Authority Bus Terminal 41st Street and Eight Avenue, New York City. Take bus to either Livingston or Florham Park, New Jersey. Call ASCO for pick-up.
From Newark: NJ Transit bus. Depart from Pennsylvania Railroad Terminal in Newark, Lane , Bus #73 during rush hours only. Take bus to Florham Park. Stops at corner of Hanover Road and Vreeland Road, next to ASCO.
By Train: From New York: Port Authority Transit, The Hudson Line from World Trade Center or 33rd Street and Sixth Avenue, Manhattan, to Conrail Terminal, Hoboken, New Jersey. Contrail train to Madison, New Jersey. Take cab to ASCO.
